Bio:

Author of Hocr - Hebrew optical character recognition (OCR) library and utility programs.
Hocr is one of the projects supported by the Israeli Internet Association as part of hamakor and isoc's "calling voice for open systems based projects".
Hocr main aim is to provide an open and free set of tools for anyone wanting to convert paper printed Hebrew material into text documents useful for study and publication using open systems and the Internet.
